Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of services provided by Masterhand Carwash ("we", "us", "our") at Stockland Point Cook, VIC 3030, Australia. By booking or using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide hand car wash, interior cleaning, polishing, ceramic coating and related detailing services. Times and prices on our website are indicative; final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition and selected extras.

2. Bookings

Online bookings are requests only and become confirmed once we contact you. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time but cannot guarantee availability. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion of service. We accept cash and major debit/credit cards. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

4. Vehicle condition & liability

Please remove all valuables from your vehicle. We take care of every car as if it were our own, however to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the price paid. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose trim, aftermarket modifications or items left inside the vehicle.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by calling us at least 1 hour before your appointment time without charge.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
